1. Who we are EXCLINK ("the Platform") is a private, invitation-only business-introduction network. The Platform connects verified business-rights holders with approved resellers, distributors and business-development partners.

2. Eligibility and membership Membership is by invitation only. You must supply accurate registration and verification information, and you may not share your account credentials or your access to confidential information with any third party.

3. What the Platform does and does not do The Platform introduces businesses to one another and provides tools for authorisation, lead attribution and settlement record-keeping. The Platform is not a party to any commercial agreement between members, does not guarantee any commercial outcome, and does not provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

4. Points Points are prepaid internal service credits used to access Platform services. Points are not currency, cryptocurrency, securities, equity, or an investment product. They carry no interest or yield, cannot be transferred between members, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where a refund is required by law. See the Point Purchase and Refund Policy.

5. Confidentiality Information marked confidential on the Platform is disclosed to you for the sole purpose of evaluating and performing a business relationship. You may not redistribute it. See the Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Policy.

6. Acceptable use You may not misrepresent your authority, publish prohibited products or unlawful claims, circumvent lead attribution, or attempt to access information you have not been granted.

7. Suspension and termination The Platform may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, fails verification, or presents a legal or security risk. Historical records are retained as required by law and by our audit obligations.

8. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
