1. What is confidential Wholesale and supply pricing, contract templates and terms, pitch decks and technical documents, rights-verification evidence, business owner and customer contact details, and any information marked confidential in the interface.

2. Your obligations You may use confidential information only to evaluate and perform the business relationship for which it was disclosed. You may not copy, publish, forward or otherwise redistribute it, and you must protect it with at least the care you apply to your own confidential information.

3. Non-circumvention For the period stated in your agreement, you may not approach a counterparty or customer introduced to you through the Platform in order to conclude, outside the Platform, business that would otherwise be attributed through it.

4. Access records Access to confidential material is granted per member, recorded, and revocable. Downloads are logged with your member identity and timestamp.
