1. Nature of Points Points are prepaid credits for Platform services. The current reference value is 1 Point = KRW 1,000. Points are not cryptocurrency, not securities, not equity, and confer no revenue rights. They earn no interest, yield or staking reward, and cannot be transferred or traded between members.

2. Purchase Points are purchased in packages. The Point cost of each service is shown before you confirm, and Points are deducted only after the server confirms your eligibility and sufficient balance.

3. Spending Spending is recorded in an immutable ledger showing the balance before and after every movement. Balances can never go negative.

4. Unlocks Unlocking a confidential opportunity is permanent for that version of the listing, unless access is revoked for a security or policy reason.

5. Refunds Unused Points may be refundable where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Points already spent on a delivered service are not refundable. Part of an application fee may be credited back when an application is approved, where that rule is enabled.
